UK Netherlands Double Tax Agreement is finally to come into force
The Double Tax Agreement between the UK and the Netherlands was signed in August 2008 but it only went through its final Dutch Parliamentary proceedings just before Christmas (2010) and comes into force from 1 January 2011 in the Netherlands and from April 2011 in the UK. There is also an explanatory memorandum.
